While working behind a coffee machine in the summer months this would often be my breakfast and wake up all in one hit!

Ingredients
1 ripe banana [fresh or frozen]
2 shots of espresso
1 medjool date
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup milk of choice
Ice
Method
Brew your coffee. If a double espresso is a bit much for you, add water to your coffee so it is the equivalent liquid to a double. While hot sweeten if you desire but remember the date will add a sweetness to the smoothy or give a teaspoon of honey a try!
Place all of your ingredients in a blender and blitz until there is no more chunks of banana, date or ice.
Drink it while it’s cold!
