… with cheese sauce! Inspired by the Christmas movie, Home Alone, you’ll be doing everything you can to scare people away from the house too!

Ingredients
3 cups plain flour
1 packet dry yeast
1 teaspoon caster sugar
2 tablespoons oil
1 – 1 1/2 cups warm water
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil
1 jar passata
Oregano, dried
salt
Cheese rind (parmesan)
Variety of cheese (mozzarella, tasty, parmesan)
Method
Sift the flour and salt into a large mixing bowl. Add in the oil.
In a seperate bowl or jug, combine together the warm water, yeast and sugar well. Now add the wet mix to the flour, mixing to form a firm dough [add more warm water if needed]
Tip out onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes.
Place the dough into a large oiled bowl and cover with glad wrap. Leave this in a warm place to rise for 1 hour while you make the sauce
In a pot, coat the bottom of the pan with olive oil. Add a jar of passata, fill the bottle up with about a cup of water, shake and also add to the sauce.
Complete with a pinch of salt, sprig of dry oregano and the rind off a hard cheese such as parmesan – this will add flavour but not melt into the sauce! Simmer until thickened
Roll out your dough, top with sauce and cheeses and handy tip, salt the crust of your pizza!!!
Bake in a 180 degree oven until the base has coloured
