But not as you know it! This is my take on a super quick and easy tiramisu inspired by the festive movie Last Christmas. Spend more time with the family and less time in the kitchen wit this one

Ingredients
2 Sheets of puff pastry
250g tub mascarpone cheese
1/2 – 1 cup castor sugar
2-3 espresso coffee shots cooled
Cocoa
Method
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Thaw out the puff pastry and slice into strips, about 3-4cm wide, then cut again in half.
Place on a try lined with baking paper and sprinkle over some caster sugar to sweeten. Bake until golden brown and allow to completely cool
In a bowl whisk together the mascarpone, 1/2 a cup of castor sugar and espresso until it thickens. Taste and adjust accordingly and if you like you can add a shot or 2 of Tia Maria liquor.
Place in a piping bag and pipe the mixture onto the sweet pastry strips. Top with cocoa powder and nuts or coffee beans if you desire. Serve straight away!
