Dehydrated Citrus

No dehydrator machine? No problems! Serve these in your favourite cocktails and drinks or dip half in chocolate for a delicious snack

Ingredients
Citrus of choice – Orange/Lime/Lemon/Grapefruit/Mandarin
Caster sugar
Cinnamon

Method
Preheat the oven to 100 degrees.
Slice your citrus thinly and place onto baking trays lined with baking paper.
In a bowl, mix together some cinnamon and sugar (1 part cinnamon to 2 parts sugar) sprinkle lightly over the oranges
Bake in the oven, keeping an eye on them and turning half way. This can take a few hours depending on your oven.
Store in an airtight container or jar
