Time to get the essentials stocked
After a standard iso pantry clean out, I have decided to put together a list of items my kitchen would never be seen short of stocking!

Fridge;
Eggs, salted cooking butter, minced garlic, minced chilli, milk [varies between full cream and almond], cream & lemon juice
Pantry;
Dried pasta [rigatoni, spaghetti No7, as well as a few odd editions], extra virgin olive oil, canola oil, white vinegar, sea salt, balsamic vinegar, chicken stock powder, castor sugar, plain and self raising flour, dried chilli flakes, ground cinnamon, honey, rolled oats, brown onions, arborio rice, passata, canned corn, Serena tuna, dry origano, oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, ground coffee, tapioca flour & whole tinned tomatoes.
Freezer;
Chicken broth, raspberries & bolognese sauce
