Frangelico Sour

I love a good whisky sour but after contemplating what to do with a big bottle of Frangelico for a while, I decided this was the best option! Strong and sour

Ingredients
20ml lime juice
30ml egg whites
60ml Frangelico
20ml simple syrup
Ice

Method
in a chilled cocktail shaker place the egg whites and a scoop of ice. Shake well
Add the lime juice, Frangelico and simple syrup, top with more ice and shake well.
Strain over ice in a glass and serve with fresh lime slices and mint. Enjoy!
