Sorry, none of that creamy sauce over these prawns!!! Quick, simple and oh so tasty, the best kind of cooking. Eat them on your own, toss into a salad or add to some pasta.

Ingredients
1kg green peeled prawns, cleaned
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
Olive oil
Fresh or dry chilli if you desire
Method
In a large bowl, place your prawns and chopped parsley.
Dice up your garlic and add this to the bowl as well as any chilli if you desire.
Cover with olive oil to coat the prawns. This oil will also be used to cook the prawns so it is fine if there is a little extra.
Mix together well so all of the prawns are coated. You can leave these in this marinade as long as overnight or as short as 30min.
Heat a large frypan over a medium heat.
Toss in your prawns and cook until they colour and start to curl, this means they are cooked!
For a quick finger food, pop a few prawns onto a skewer to serve with your favourite dipping sauce such as sweet chilli or avocado!
