I love my coffee!!! And for those of you that have not tried some honey in your espresso, YOU’RE MISSING OUT!!! In this recipe I use my Italian cafeteria. Any other ways of making your coffee will work as long as you aren’t using instant.. then we can’t be friends. Typical Melbournian, I am fussy as hell with my coffee!
This works really well to make the night before, ready to take to work in the morning on the run.

Ingredients
60ml espresso (double shot)
1 tablespoon honey
120ml cold water
Ice cubes
Method
Make your espresso!
In a large glass or jug add your hot espresso and honey.
Mix well so that all of the honey dissolves into the coffee.
Top up with water and cool.
Serve topped up with ice cubes.
