Marinate, skewer up and throw on the chargrill asap!!! This mix is best left for a few hours in the fridge or overnight for best results.

Ingredients
500g chicken tenderloins
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
Canola oil spray for grilling
Bamboo skewers, soaked in water
Method
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
Allow to marinate for minimum 30min
Skewer each tenderloin on a bamboo skewer that has been soaked so that it doesn’t burn if they are going on the BBQ
Spray your chargrill and preheat at a medium flame
Grill the chicken until well charred on each side and cooked through.

This can be made with chicken breasts sliced up or diced chicken.
Serve with a chilli or hoisin sauce, put in wraps or add to salads
