In my opinion, one of the best Christmas movies ever is the Polar Express! If you don’t dance and want a hot chocolate after singing along on the train, you will now!!!
Ingredients
1 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup chocolate of choice
Method
Grab your hot chocolate mug
Fill the cup 3/4 full with milk of your choice
Add this milk to a small pot along with your chocolate – I like to use Christmas chocolates but you can use block chocolate or cooking chocolate buttons
Place on the stove on a medium heat and bring to a simmer while continuing to stir the mixture to ensure the chocolate melts through the milk
Pour the hot mixture back into your mug and enjoy!
As this is made with hard chocolate, a skin may start to form on the top as it cools. This is fine, just give it a mix and continue to enjoy!
