Not sure about you guys, but I never seem to get through an entire bunch of kale. This is a simple quicker way to liven up your greens that is also very addictive!

Ingredients
Bunch of Kale
Spray oil
Salt
Method
Tear off the leafy parts from the steam of your kale and tear into your chip size of choice.
Place in a single layer on a baking try.
Spray with oil well and sprinkle over salt [don’t be shy]
Bake at 150 degrees until crunchy. Be sure to keep an eye on your kale as you do not want them to burn and turn bitter.
Enjoy as they are or mix up some spicy salt to season with a kick [e.g. salt, paprika, onion powder, chilli flakes]
You can keep these crunchy in an airtight container to snack on all week long!
