That same pesto hit bit a bit of a tart bite! Super quick and easy to make, all blitzed up in a bullet. Add some fresh cherry tomatoes to serve

Ingredients
1 bunch of Italian kale
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup romano cheese
Salt
Method
Remove steams of kale and chop into chunks.
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor [I used my nutribullet] and blend until chunky smooth.
Taste and season accordingly.
Depending on personal taste, you may wish to add more cheese or nuts.
