For a lifetime, Krystal and I have always bonded over EVRYERTHING sour cherry! From preserved cherries, drinks, desserts even sour cherry cordial! Missing my sour cherry sister during lockdown, I decided to mix up a drink for us once we can celebrate together again
Ingredients
60ml Amaretto
30ml maraschino liquor
30ml sour cherry cordial
20ml lemon juice
30ml egg white
Ice
Method
Place the egg white into a cocktail shaker with some ice and shake well.
Add all of the remaining ingredients, top with more ice and again shake well.
Strain into your fanciest glass over ice and enjoy with a side of cherries or preserved lemons.
