I’m not much of a chocolate person but every Easter this is what I do with my gifted bunnies! You can use any type of milk and any type of chocolate for this recipe all year round! My recommendation is coconut milk, tastes like a coconut rough chocolate
Serves 2 medium cups

Ingredients
100g Lindt chocolate bunny
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup cream
Method
In a saucepan, place the milk and cream. Give this a quick whisk and bring to a simmer on a medium heat.
Once the milk mix starts to bubble, turn the heat off and add your chocolate.
Whisk the mix until the chocolate has completely melted into the milk mixture.
Pour into cups and drink!
Note: as this hot chocolate cools it will form a skin on top. This is fine, just needs a mix up!
