Ingredients
3 large dirty potatoes
1 tablespoon butter
1-2 tablespoons cream cheese spread
Pinch of salt
Method
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
Place in a pot and cover with water. Bring this to the boil and cook until the potatoes are soft when pierced with a knife.
Drain the potato and put back into the pot.
Mash well until no lumps or put potatoes through a ricer.
Add the butter, cream cheese and salt to taste and mix well.
