The perfect sweet for a fairytale garden party!
These are the cutest, tastiest wild mushrooms you will ever find.

Ingredients
6 egg whites
2 teaspoons white vinegar
2 cups caster sugar
1 tablespoon cornflour
2 tablespoons cocoa
200g chocolate
Method
Using an electric whisk, mix the egg whites and vinegar together until they form stiff peaks. Gradually add in the sugar while continually mixing and once all sugar has been added do the same with the cornflour.
On a try lined with grease proof paper, pipe macaroon shapes for the tops and some short blobs for the stalks.
Dust the tops lightly with some cocoa powder before baking at 120 degrees until crisp and dry (up to 2 hours)
Once cooled, melt your chocolate of choice and place a spoon full on the underside of the larger meringue. While the chocolate is still runny, place a stalk in the chocolate to form your mushroom!
The beauty of these is that they do not have to be perfect by any means, mushrooms are always a bit different!
