What a way to celebrate the festive season than with a mistletoe mule!!! Inspired by the loving creative drinks served on the Christmas movie, You Can’t Fight Christmas
Ingredients
5 fresh cherries
1/2 orange or blood orange
15ml maraschino cherry liquor
30ml pink gin
Ginger beer
Ice
Garnish – dehydrated oranges, mint, cherry
Method
Remove the pips from 5 fresh cherries, place in glass and crush with a bar stick to release the juice
Add the juice of half an orange and crush again
Fill the glass with ice
Add the liquor and gin to the glass, giving it a quick mix
Top up your drink with ginger beer and garnish
Serve and see who ends up under the mistletoe!
