I’ll be honest, I am not a big lover of the espresso martini but what I DO LOVE is Mr Black Espresso!!! Neat over ice, poured over vanilla ice cream or the one and only exception to my love hate relationship is this martini.
Ingredients
60ml Mr Black Espresso liquor
30ml fresh espresso, sweetened with 1tsp sugar while hot
30ml Kahlua
30ml Vanilla vodka
Method
Measure out all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Fill with ice and shake until the shaker turns icy on the outside.
Strain into your martini/steam-less wine/latte glass.
Serve topped with a dusting of cocoa powder or drinking chocolate and some coffee beans.
