Negroni

My twist on an absolute classic! Ran out of regular gin one sunny beach afternoon and this beauty came to full life! Not as bitter as the original but if this is more your style, simply swap out the pink gin to any good quality gin of choice.

Ingredients
30ml Gordan’s pink gin
30ml Campari
15ml Cinzano Rosso Vermouth
Squeeze of orange
Orange peel to garnish

Method
Fill a glass with ice.
Pour in all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain over the ice cubes and garnish with the rind.
