Oat and Banana Yoghurt Cups

Ripe bananas sitting in the fruit bowl but not feeling banana bread? This one is for you!
The baskets will keep in an airtight container for a few days and you can always crisp them back up by popping them back in the oven.

Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1 cup oats
2 tablespoons honey
Cinnamon to taste
Spray oil

Method
In a large bowl mash the banana until smooth. Add in your oats, honey and cinnamon and mix well.
Spoon mixture into greased muffin tins [these can be any size, I prefer the mini ones] and press down to line the base and sides of tin, creating your basket.
Bake at 180 degrees until they start to golden and allow to cool in the tray.
Serve with your choice of yoghurt, acai smoothy mixes, fruits, chocolates etc the filling is limitless!
