What’s better than drinking a smoothy? Making it extra thick and eating it with a spoon! Great addition to your favourite breakfast granola and topped with seasonal fruit or eaten as a quick and delicious ice cream subsitute.

Ingredients
Pulp of 2 passionfruit
1 cup frozen mango
2 tablespoons greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon honey
Ice
Method
Blend all ingredients together in a smoothy blender or food processor until all of the fruit has completely broken down.
Add ice if required to thicken or a drizzle of milk or more yoghurt to make it more creamy.
Pour into bowls that have been pre chilled in the freezer for a few minutes & enjoy!
If you are wanting to consume this at a later moment in the day, place mixture into the freezer, tightly covered. Any longer than a day, freeze in ice cube trays so they can be easily blitzed up when you are in need of a sweet treat!
