Peppermint Bark

This is my chocolate binge every Christmas, left feeling like Comet the reindeer from The Santa Clause 2!!! I believe this is more of an American tradition but it is too good not to share

Ingredients
Dark Chocolate
White Chocolate
Peppermint candy canes

Method
Melt down a bag of dark chocolate melts [290g]
Pour out onto a sheet of baking paper and using the back of a spoon, spread out the chocolate into approximately a 1cm high slab
While the chocolate is still melted, now melt the white chocolate and pour over and spread out over the dark chocolate
Crush up some candy canes in a food processor or crush in a bag using a rolling pin – crush to the size you desire!
Tip the candy cane over the chocolate while still wet, as evenly as you can
Allow to set completely [do not put in the fridge as this will melt the candy cane and go sticky]
Once set, break apart and enjoy
