When you want noodles but just feel like a little something extra. This little hack was a fun cold day treat that turned into a lazy Sunday afternoon delight as I got older.
Mix up this with whatever is in the fridge; Chinese broccoli, bok choy, carrots, corn etc

Ingredients
1 packet instant noodles
1 cup vegetables
1 egg, boiled
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon fish sauce
Chilli sauce to taste
Method
In a deep pot, place your noodles and harder vegetables and fill with water to just cover ingredients.
Bring to a boil and add sauces and any seasoning sachets if desired (Chicken always seems to go well) as well as other quick cook vegetables.
Boil until noodles are cooked and serve with the boiled egg on top.
