I would love to say this is a 40 foot tall cheese ball as Donkey sings about in the movie Shrek the Halls! But none the less, it’s large enough for a family to share over a festive feast and celebration
Ingredients
Philadelphia Cream cheese block
Thyme, fresh
Rosemary Salt
Parmesan
Romano
Lemon zest
Garlic powder
Crushed pistachio nuts
Crushed walnuts
Method
In a bowl, add the phili cheese and allow to soften.
This recipe is all to taste!!! Add in your thyme leaves, salt, cheeses finely grated, lemon zest (a little at a time as this can be over powering) and garlic powder.
Mix well and continue to taste, adjusting to your preferences.
Lay out some cling film and pile on your cheese. Gather in the sides and roll into a ball. Place in the fridge to firm up.
Place the crushed nuts into a bowl and roll the cheese in it completely coating. Serve with some toasted thinly cut bread!
