I love the flavour of rosemary but I am really not a fan of the texture or getting a large rosemary leaf stuck in my teeth! This is my way to still enjoy the delicious taste while avoiding the dislikes

Ingredients
Fresh rosemary
Table salt
Method
Wash the rosemary, ensuring it is completely dried off before using.
In a food processor add one part rosemary leaves to two parts salt.
Blend this in pulses until the rosemary is fine, like the salt.
Keep in an airtight jar with a sprig of rosemary.
Use this on meats, roasted vegetables, in soups, on corn or as your table salt with a little extra flavour.
