Salmon Salad

Fresh, crunchy and oh so delicious! A bit of a Japanese influence on this salad that is mega addictive so be sure to make extra as everyone will want some!

Ingredients
100g fresh sashimi grade salmon
100g mixed lettuce
1 large carrot
1 avocado
Packet of Changs Crunchy Noodles
Changs Oriental Salad Dressing

Method
In a large bowl, place the lettuce
Grate the carrot and add to the lettuce as well as the avocado, diced up.
Next, remove the skin from your salmon and slice up into 1cm slices.
Add to the salad and mix together
Top with noodles [as much as you’d like]
Drizzle dressing over the top and enjoy!

QUICK EDITION: Head to the sushi shop and grab some salmon sashimi that usually comes on a bed of shredded carrot = half your salad already done!
