Scrambled Eggs

Possibly one of my all time favourite breakfast foods is scrambled eggs!
I’ll never forget coming home from a night out with Tash and Chaun and whipping up a bunch of eggs at 3am and thinking what a perfect end to the night it was!

Ingredients
2 eggs
2 tablespoons cream
Salt
Butter

Method
Whisk together your eggs and cream with a pinch of salt to taste. Pop a non stick pan on the stove, medium heat to warm up. Melt about half a spoon full of butter in the pan. Once this has all melted around the pan, get your spatula ready and pour in your eggs. Continue to move around the pan, dragging the eggs from the outside towards the centre with the spatula. Cook your eggs to your liking [I prefer them a little bit runny] and serve straight away!

Remember if the eggs sit in the hot pan they will continue to cook, even with the flame off!
