A little love of mine, hence the heart shape they tend to be cut into. This mixture is amazing as it can be rolled into a log and frozen until a later date, then simply defrost, slice and bake! This one was first made especially for princess Krystal, forever your cookies!

Ingredients
500g butter
2 cups icing sugar
4 cups plain flour
Food colouring if you would like to add some fun!
Method
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and the sugar
Mix through the flour to form a firm dough.
Roll into manageable logs [3-4] and wrap in glad wrap.
Pop in the fridge for 15 minutes, allowing it to become slightly firm
Slice, cut into your shape and place on a tray lined with baking paper or lightly greased.
Bake for 15-20minutes at 150 degrees or until they start to colour.
Allow these to cool on the tray.
Store in an airtight container or biscuit jar for around a week, if they haven’t been devoured before then!
Also, delicious decorated with melted dark chocolate.
