Take on a whisky sour using the absolutely delicious liquor, amaretto. Always making these for my sister and they actually are a perfect summer drink!

Ingredients
60ml Amaretto
20ml Lemon juice
20ml Egg white
Ice
Method
Place the egg whites in a cocktail shaker, top with a handful of ice and shake a couple of times.
Add the lemon juice and amaretto, top with more ice and shake until the shaker becomes frosty.
Strain into a glass full of ice.
Serve with a cocktail cherry or dehydrated orange slice.
