As burrata becomes a more popular item across menus and home dinner parties, let me show you the best and most iconic way to serve it. For those new to burrata, it is mozzarella, shredded up and mixed with full cream and then placed inside a ball of mozzarella!!! Dreamy hey!

Ingredients
1 serve of fresh burrata cheese
Variety of tomatoes – beef steaks, Roma tomatoes and some ripe truss tomatoes
Fresh basil
Rosemary salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Method
Not so much a recipe but all about placement!
Ensure your tomatoes are ripe first off. Wash them well and pat dry with some paper towel
Slice into thick slices and arrange onto a serving platter, alternating the type of tomato
Scatter fresh basil over the tomatoes and season with the rosemary salt
Carefully drain the burrata, do your best not to pop it as this is the WOW factor of your dish when serving
Place on top of the tomatoes and dress both the cheese and tomatoes with EVO.
Serve with crusty bread and enjoy the ooze of the cheese when you cut into it!
