Ultimate Broccoilini

Fresh out the garden, the best side veggie in the books! This is all about keeping it simple

Ingredients
1 bunch broccolini
Olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Salt

Method
Trim up your broccolini and place into a deep pot.
Cover with water and place over medium heat and bring to the boil. Drain
Cook until the thicker end of the steams are tender.
In a large pan, place a good few tablespoons of olive oil and bring up to heat slowly.
Add sliced garlic to the pan for minute, add the broccolini and fry until the garlic starts to golden.
Remove from pan and place in serving dish, topped with a good pinch of sea salt.
