Wrapped Asparagus

Inspired by the movie Bad Moms 2! These are the easiest delicious parcels to make and eat very quickly! You can enjoy them as is or I like to serve them for breakfast with a poached egg on top.

Ingredients
Asparagus
Puff Pastry
Streaky bacon
Rosemary salt [recipe here]
Butter, melted

Method
Snap off the woody ends of your asparagus
Slice your streaky bacon in half lengthwise – about 2-3cm wide
Slice the puff pastry into strips, the same width as the bacon
Place a strip of pastry down, top with a strip of bacon, bit of salt and then wrap around your asparagus – overlapping only at the ends so that they don’t unravel
Place onto a baking tray, pour over some melted butter to just coat and top with some rosemary salt.
Bake at 180 degrees until golden.
